Au999 launched its VIP program to reward loyalty and consistency in online gaming. It is more than just a formal category — it is au999's way of expressing gratitude to members who have stayed with the platform over the long term.
Au999 has established itself as a trusted name in Bangladesh's online gaming market — and behind that trust is the VIP Program, which reminds every player that they are not just a user, but an important part of the au999 family.
Earning VIP points at au999 is straightforward and transparent. Points accumulate based on the amount you wager on each bet or game. Rates vary slightly by game category, but the system is well-balanced overall.
During special weekend promotions or major cricket and football tournaments, point multipliers kick in — giving you double or even triple the usual points. Many players use these windows to climb the tiers quickly.
Au999 Diamond VIP is the highest tier, and members at this level enjoy a truly premium experience. On top of 15% weekly cashback, they receive custom bonus packages, the highest withdrawal limits, and invitations to exclusive events.
For Diamond tier members, au999 assigns a personal account manager to assist with all their gaming needs. This manager is fluent in Bengali and is available to contact at any time.
Cashback is one of the most attractive features of the au999 VIP program. At the end of each week, a set percentage of your net gaming losses is returned to your account. The cashback amount depends on your VIP tier.
For example, if you are a Gold VIP member and your net loss for the week is BDT 10,000, you will receive BDT 800 in cashback at an 8% rate. This amount is credited directly to your gaming balance.
Au999 VIP members enjoy several payment-related advantages. In addition to higher withdrawal limits, their withdrawal requests are processed on a priority basis. Whether you use mobile banking, a bank card, or an e-wallet, transactions are completed faster.
Platinum and Diamond tier members enjoy fast-track withdrawals, with payments typically processed within 1–4 hours. This benefit is especially valuable for high-value transactions.
Au999 follows a defined process for evaluating VIP tiers. Reviews are conducted every three months, and if sufficient points have not been earned within that period, your tier may drop slightly. However, you will not be dropped all the way down — you can go down a maximum of one tier.
This rule is designed to keep players engaged. That said, au999 always tries to help regular players retain their earned tier. In special circumstances, you can speak with your personal manager to work things out.
Au999 VIP bonuses generally come with lower wagering requirements. Cashback bonuses are mostly available for direct use, though certain promotional bonuses may carry wagering conditions of 1x to 3x. For full terms and conditions, Terms and Conditions View Page.
Au999 always states bonus terms clearly and transparently. No hidden charges, no unexpected obstacles — what you see is what you get.
Slots at au999 earn the most points — 10 points per every BDT 100 wagered. Players looking to level up their VIP tier quickly should consider Slots or Slot Games You can spend more time on this section. Live Casino and table games also offer strong point earnings.
During special weekend events or seasonal promotions, a 2x point multiplier activates for slot games. Stay subscribed to au999 newsletters and notifications so you never miss these opportunities.
